For twenty years I have built and led real estate development businesses in Poland — through full cycles, from land acquisition and permitting to construction, sales and handover.
As Managing Director of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, I ran one of Warsaw's five largest residential developers: 460 M PLN in annual revenue, 9.7% EBIT with positive cash flow, a customer NPS of +44 and an award-winning workplace. Earlier, at Yareal, I carried four premium Warsaw office schemes from land purchase to sale to investors — 63,600 m², three BREEAM certifications.
Today I lead OKRE Development, the premium residential developer of the Belgian Koramic group — and remain available, selectively, to shareholders and boards as an independent director, supervisory board member and strategic advisor.
